superb stay!

warm welcomeexcellent servicefine oceanuseful information
I received a warm welcome with moroccan mint tea, and the reception service from rabia was excellent. the room had a fine ocean view i really loved it. mohamed the concierge, provided useful information and arranged trips . The kasbah and taroudant were fantastic too. the hotel has a good location.
the shower drain did not work properly though! i did find two cockroaches in the shower one evening and that was a bit off-putting.

My beautiful king room ocean view featured comfortable bedding. It also had a spacious bathroom with fluffy towels. the air conditioning worked efficiently, and i found the room service menu quite extensive too! i really enjoyed that.

the staff was friendly. rabia at reception helped with early check-in, and mohamed, the concierge, gave excellent tour recommendations i cannot forget it. hamza by the pool ensured drinks were always topped up.

Breakfast was amazing, fresh, well-prepared, and diverse. imim, the moroccan restaurant, gave great recommendations for food and wine. Their service was quick and polite. anaw offers mediterranean cuisine with friendly staff, including mouhssin.
